Beyond the clubs, Mastaque has been highlighted as a Capital Xtra Homegrown Talent & Champions African Music via his bi-weekly Reprezent Radio Show. A place where he has some of the biggest names in Amapiano: Major League Djz, TxC, DBN Gogo, Mellow & Sleazy & Mr Jazziq. His ability to address a diverse audience has seen him entertaining audiences at Minstry Of Sound, Soulection, Notting Hill Carnival, Soulection and Piano People and lately his abilities has taken him across Europe. Starting with Fresh Island Festival in Croatia before doing two of his own European Tours across Ibiza, Stockholm, Berlin, Zagreb, Paris, Barcelona, Aarhus, and Zurich. DEUXLICIOUS - Taste of Amapiano

Last year a good friend came back from a trip to South Africa and put me up to this new style of electronic music called Gqom. First time i heard it i was hooked! The combination of the drum and percussions rhytms with minimal dark soundscapes resonated and moved me. For the past months i've been learning about this genre and it's talented producers and artist's.

Made this mixtape to introduce people to this sound from Durban, South Africa. Can't wait to see how people are gonna react when i play this on festivals this summer!
