Das elektrische Licht in glitzernden Pracht aus dem Schiefer, Kalkstein und alten roten Sandstein der Wände reflektiert. Man hätte gedacht, dass wir durch einen Abschnitt von Wales, von denen ein altes Volk seinen Namen gab diesem System vorbei. Muster der prächtigen Marmor bekleideten die Wände, einige der grau Achat fantastisch veined mit Weiß, andere reichen purpurroten oder gelben Flecken mit der roten gestrichelten; dann kam dunkle Kirsche-farbige Murmeln durch die leichter Farbtöne aus Kalkstein abgebaut.

Der größte Teil von ihnen trug Eindrücke primitive Organismen. Creation war offenbar seit vorgeschoben. Statt rudimentäre Trilobiten, bemerkte ich, Reste einer mehr perfekte Ordnung von Wesen, unter anderem Ganoid Fische und einige dieser sauroids in dem Paläontologen haben die ersten Reptilien Formen entdeckt. Die devonischen Meere wurden von Tieren dieser Arten bevölkert, und legte sie zu Tausenden in den Felsen der neueren Bildung.

La plus grande partie de ces impressions portait des organismes primitifs. Création avait évidemment progressé depuis la veille. Au lieu de trilobites rudimentaires, je ai remarqué les restes d'un ordre plus parfait des êtres, entre autres ganoïdes poissons et certains de ces sauroids dans lequel les paléontologues ont découvert les formes de reptiles premiers. Les mers du Dévonien ont été peuplés par des animaux de ces espèces et leur déposés par des milliers dans les roches de la formation récente.

Электрический свет отражается в сверкающих блеск от сланца, известняка и старого красного песчаника стен. Можно было бы думал, что мы проходили через раздел Уэльса, из которых древние люди дали свое имя этой системе. Образцы великолепных мраморных скульптур одеты стены, некоторые из сероватого агата фантастически прожилками с белым, другие богатой малинового или желтого пунктирной с пятнами красного; потом темно-вишневый цвета шарики освобожден от легких оттенков известняка.

Большая часть из них носила впечатлениями примитивных организмов. Создание, очевидно, расширенный с позавчерашнего. Вместо примитивных трилобитов, я заметил, остатки более совершенному порядку существ, среди прочего, осетровых рыб и некоторые из этих sauroids, в котором палеонтологи обнаружили самые ранние формы рептилий. Девонские моря были населены животными этих видов, и хранение их тысячами в породах новой формации.

Sadly I found out that he's no longer with us, so here's a montage of us messing about in the early 80s.  The voice and guitar is Brett, the rest is my doing.  I only wish I'd recorded more of him, because this snippet doesn't really do him justice.
