Pythies is the solo “bitchy grunge” project created and embodied by Lise.L (ex-Romance). Drawing from the raw energy of ’90s grunge — Veruca Salt, PJ Harvey, Sonic Youth, Hole — the project forges a sound that’s tense, sensual, and charged with a dark, esoteric edge.

Since 2023, Pythies has been carving its path across stages in Europe and the United States, delivering performances where provocation, punk intensity, and a fiercely feminist vision collide.
