The term “Qadriyya” in our association’s name refers to our following the methodology and teachings of Shaikh ‘Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani (RAA), which in turn are naturally in accordance with the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAWS). Our teacher and spiritual guide is Shaikh ‘Abd al-Qadir’s direct descendant, Sherif Muhammad Haydara Al-Jilani.
