My first EP in 2,5 years... 5 tracks I've really put my heart into, released on the ever innovative Cut Records at the beginning of June.

In the words of Cut:
'For our 21st release, Netherlands-based Fedbymachines brings us lush experimental atmospherics steeped in emotion. Lots of subtle elements come together in an intricate meticulous mix of sound. He describes his own sound as quite melancholy and dusty, an apt description for the 5-tracks that he has put together for us.

After several digital and physical releases in electronic genres under different aliases I have decided to go back to basics and record a host of heavily piano based organic music. This is the first track of the EP that is the first fruit of this labor, Music for Piano One: Beginnings. The tracks on this EP alternate between the peaceful, deliberately lo-fi, raw, noisy, minimal and pensive. Because they are vastly different from the other music I make I’m releasing them under the new alias Qaett.
