the point about regulation is horseshit, ofc if a viewpoint is pushed off all the hyper regulated websites then it's obviously going to flock to any website which values free speech. the answer isn't more regulation, because they're not going to just disappear if you kick them off the website, they will always just find another. if none of these sites were regulated or censorious then these opinions would be in the minority of every site, not the majority of the few which do not, and more exposure allows it to be debunked and mocked easier.

and a state run internet will only make the issue worse bc the government will simply censor anything which counters the dominant political strata. just look at how china's state run internet is going.
