My second project in Cubase 7. Still learning all the ropes but experimented a bit with side-chaining and making choirs work (still not sure if I made that happen! :-) ).

No idea what I was doing when I started playing around with the equalizer, so the instruments are most likely not in their right eq/sound-space.

This is first "revision" and I will re-upload when I have perfected the equalizing and Cubase as a whole a little bit more.

Silent Snow (Bernhofs Waiting To Exhale Mix)

I've always been a fan of the very calm, melodic sountracks that still managed to give a sence of volume. This is my first attempt to make this kind of genre and it's currently in an instrumental version but I'm working on a version with a vocal as well. It was created with a vocal-track in mind which is why its somewhat "simple" in tones to not clutter the vocal-tones.

I'm sharing this to give a sneak-peak of whats to come.

My most ambitious track so far. Still learning but I'm definitely getting a better hang of it. Lots of funky guitars, 80's synths and even vocals. Turn it up loud! :-)

Inspired by John Williams many amazing soundtracks, I wanted to paint a picture of something grand and epic, the rise of the mythological african warlord, Kokou. 
Close your eyes, turn up the volume and let yourself get taken on a short adventure.

Kokous Rise

Trying out a lot of different genres and having a blast doing so. This time it's pumping deep house with a twist of melodic deep house in the middle. It's like a journey and it tells it own little story. Listen to it at work, at home chilling or at the gym. Either way, it will take you on it's own little journey. Hope you enjoy it!
