Akhari Phak
The ghazal/song "Akhari Phak" symbolizes dying flames and expresses the feelings (maybe) of dying hope, lost love and un-healable long lasting pain, anguish. It is the conversation between cruelty and compassion, the grief after lose and the hope to find. or like the words of Rumi "This place is a Dream, only a sleeper considers it real. Then death comes like dawn, and you wake up laughing at what you thought was your grief".

The torchbearer of the legacy of his own family; They who wrote History, Music, Poetry and are legends of the Erstwhile land of indigenous people bearing their unique civilization. 

Mr. Faizan Ali Faizan is the young breed of rich traditions, culture, knowledge and he is an apt word master. He has written poetry since childhood to this date. His poetry have been widely played and sung by every local singer in Chitral, whether it's "Hosiru Ghech" or "Bus e Kashkol" his ghazal/songs have been widely sung and are the anthem of Chitrali music lovers.

Khowar Qaloom Mashup Ma Gilasa Oogh & Har e Namasgara By QashQarian Band

We are taking you back to the era of “Iqbaludin Sahar”, the man well renowned for talking sweet just like Ahmad Faraz described “Bolay to baton say  Phool jarhtay hain”. Iqbaludin Sahar needs no introduction, he hails from Shoghore, now settled in Balach and his ancestors are from a well-known and respectable family of Ghizer Gilgit Baltistan. During his life time he has composed 400 songs and most of them are super hits, and a rich part of Chitral music library. 
The Mashup comprises three melodious tunes which are written, composed, and sang by Iqbal Uddin Sahar himself. “Ay Dilbar e Dildar” has been composed in Goldure in the late 80’s surrounded by the company of his friends. “Shireen Anwazo Gaan” is a beautiful production during the same era at Jang Bazar. These two songs have been produced spontaneously in a friend’s circle and it is the God-gifted quality bestowed upon him from the Heavens. “ Tamasha mo ko ma taqdeero sora” is a beautifully sung and composed ode produced by Iqbal uddin Sahar for his life partner. This piece has been composed at Ayun and it was released in the late 80’s. 
So, our dear viewers and Listeners enjoy this groovy Mashup with the company of your elders and if you saw some tears in eyes of the youth of 80’s, do let us know. It will bring back memories of that era. Chitral Scouts band party and Nelofer will have a soothing effect on your eyes and of course, our music is for your ears and heart.

Kos E Wada From the writer of "Hosi Lolitai", Idrees Ahmad. This song is about: When you are in love, you are “sad”, very sad and a promise made in love if remained unfulfilled makes you more “sad”. This song is the rendition of those sad moments where requests are made to fulfill the pledges made in love. But this doesn’t happen as the sweetheart is in different, care less about the feelings and shows immortal behavior despite being a mortal. “Kos E Wada” comprised of those words which were made as promises which resonates throughout the song, begs the sweetheart tries to make her remember and finally threatens the lover to “move on”. Zindagi Here’s a philosophical take on the different aspects of ‘Life’, the different shapes and colors that life manifests itself for us all. Written by Faizan Ali Faizan, the writer of “Akhri Phak” this song is about how ‘Life’ manifests itself to all and sundry. For some, it’s a bed of roses but for some, the same is a bed of thorns. Lo and behold! When one starts assuming that all is well it turns to be otherwise. C’est la vie (Such is life), as the famous French saying goes. What is life? Sages through the ages have pondered about it and all have returned with their own interpretations. For some, it’s the ultimate reality, for some it’s just an illusion, for some it’s the only reality and for some, it’s nothing but an amalgam of illusion and reality. It depends. Our advice: Live your life to the fullest and enjoy every bit of it.

This ghazal by Anwar Ali Khan alias Mushuur is a melancholy of a story that we witness in our daily lives. It tells us a story of those of us who have loved and failed, a story that is bitter-sweet, a story that ultimately culminates in deep sorrow and despair. This story tells the heartbreaks that we go through in our lives, and the toll that true love takes on us when we are truly, madly and deeply in love. Being in true love and not being one with our beloved takes its toll on us in many ways, grey hair and frown lines on our face being the most remarkable. And at a certain age and time we tend to realise that our blind love was nothing but a folly but by then it’s already too late. No matter how the story ends, in the end it turns out to be just another story. What sets us humans apart from all other creation is our ability to create fiction and living all our lives believing in that fiction.
