Up first is our host Richie Q;

Hailing from Valencia, our guest this week is Seon.

Seon first fell in love with techno at the tender age of 16, and so began his journey soon afterwards when he got his own turntables. 

Upon quickly mastering his art, and wanting to realise his full potential, a young Seon started to write his own music.

12 years later, and still only 28 years old, Seon has achieved great things within the hard & acid techno scene. 

He’s toured Europe gracing the turntables and filling dance floors with his hard squat sound, had releases on Stay Up Forever, Cluster, and Maximum Minimum, and been supported by the industries finest DJ’s/ producers.

And finally, he and his friend Punto founded 24/7 Records run out of Valencia, Spain. 

Keep a keen eye, and ear, out for Seon in the future...

@Ciuciek is taking control of our eighth podcast with 60 minutes of pounding acid techno straight from Poland!

Native of Tricity in the northern part of the country, it’s in the late 90s while the raves were fully booming in the former bunker of Gdansk that he has been caught of passion for the underground scene and its frenetic sound. A passion that we can obviously find in his unique acid style today, whose incredible energy could set fire to any reluctant dancefloor.

With massive releases on flagship labels of the acid UK movement such as Stay Up Forever, System Rejects and a lot more, he has definitely made his mark as one of the most exciting artists of the polish electronic scene.

That’s one of the many reasons we’re so glad to host him on this new episode, which will surely get you jumping all around. Good vibes, fast rhythm and pure banging acid techno!

Nacido en 1977, contagiando la enfermedad desde 1997.

Ex miembro de Assalti Industriali, Balance, Lunar Lodge.

Residente en Ex Dogana, Roma.

De sur a norte, con un constante deseo de divertirse y aprovechar las ocasiones adecuadas, su carrera se ha caracterizado por su inconformidad con las normas establecidas.

Como ingeniero de sonido, dj, productor y remezclador, nunca rechazó la oportunidad de agregar su toque personal a sus pistas y las de otros; iniciando colaboraciones fructíferas inyectando parte de su esencia en varios proyectos como Assalti Industriali, Der Noir y Lunar Lodge. 

Participante activo del colectivo italiano de artistas conocido como LSWHR.

En 2015 comenzó una colaboración con Davide Ricci, de la que salió a la luz el proyecto "Balance", una exposición conceptual basada en la improvisación a través del uso de sintetizadores modulares.

Su fuerza reside, pues, en el rompecabezas de los sonidos que es el fruto de las experiencias más desesperadas de techno, industrial, wave y electrónica, todas ellas bien informadas a través del arte de la improvisación.

From South to North, with a constant desire to have fun and grasp the right occasions, his career has become distinct due to its unconformity with the established norms.


As sound engineer, dj, producer and remixer, he never turned down an opportunity of adding his personal touch in his and other’s tracks; initiating fruitful collaborations by injecting some of his essence in various projects such as Assalti Industriali, Der Noir and Lunar Lodge. 

Active participant of the Italian collective of artists known as LSWHR. 

In 2015 he started a collaboration with Davide Ricci from which the “Balance” project comes to light - a conceptual exhibition based on improvisation through the use of modular synthesizers.

His strength thus lies in the puzzle of sounds which is the fruit of the most desperate of experiences from techno, industrial, wave and electronic - all of which are knowledgeably tessellated through the art of improvisation.

Richie Q has been part of the North Wales techno scene for many years. 

Playing filthy techno and acid, he is a resident on Techno FM with his 3 hour, 4th Friday of the month, untitled_techno, and his 2 hour midweek harder styles show, forward_thinking.

He is also resident with cumbrian free party collective's sound system, The Volume Junkies.

Having featured on Hard Force United, DeF CrOnic Acid Series, Pounding Tekkno as well as various Psychotropic Beats Collective shows. 

He has played for the Hyper Freq Soundsystem, Impactic Soundsystem, Psyborg Soundsystem and for North wAliens Soundsystem - part of the North Wales free party scene.

Richie Q's style is fast and furious, tight in the mix and definitely worth checking out.
