Daniel Testas might be a new name on MNL but the Amsterdam based artist has been active in the music scene since the early nineties already. So it's pretty safe to say we're welcoming a true industry veteran on board here.

For his debut within the Manual Music label family Daniel pleases us with two pieces of progressive house delight, rich of beautiful synth melodies and arps. Both Vagabond Bird as well as Crumbling Silence are true gems that work as well on the dance floor as they do at home or in your car.

On the flipside Around Us and Ric Niels elevate this EP even more with their immaculate reworks.

The mysterious producer is back for his third outing on the imprint, while also featuring on Isolate, Kulta and Druma.

Embracing the modern with his emphasis on continuity and harmony, Mool describes his music as “bringing out the familiar in human condition, ling smoothly through the crude in the modern state to let common, yet individual sensations reverberate in people.”

We start with 'Idolos Muertos', an infectious and energetic bubbler, with a dirty yet warm vibe oozing throughout. The uplifting and spacious breakdown is perfect for the sunnier days!

We get gritty next with 'Saharan Dust', as this bouncy viber lets loose! A hypnotic gated blippy synth sets the tone, laced with full on 80's tom fills and some gnarly action from the main riff.

HMWL premiere: Alex Twin - Acid Love [Organic house 2022]

My second album, out nov 5th on Manual Music! 

I've been thinking a long time what my second album would be like, I wanted to merge all the sounds I am into at the moment, mixing disco, indie pop and all out electronica weirdness with my regular sound. This mix of influences shines thru in both the composition and arrangement as the technical use of analog hardware and typical "band-recording" techniques like re-amping sounds and using real drums. There is something for everyone on this album, each track holds its own while your into house, disco, techno or just want to chill out. It's been a pleasure to produce and mix this album. The result are these 10 tracks that I'm really proud to release to you all!
