Ah, the Monochromatic Gordon Gekko... The 80s villain and 90s ironic hero...  I suppose you could consider this my critique of the 90s via the 80s... but mostly I just had fun making 80s synth sounds.  I took a couple of 80s motifs and tried to make them my own.

Monochromatic Gordon Gekko (v3.0)

Alright, you can thank Ned Rush for this track, his new video "Breakcore made Simpler" (video can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C2_slXoFgIw) walks through using simpler to make Breakcore.  Fun!

This track is resampled and exported audio from "playing" this clip live. 

The other two versions, are a minute long (bars 1 to ~45) rendering of a 4 bar C note "pattern" (I guess if you can call a sustained whole note a "pattern") but are different songs!

Collective Intelligence "Psy Trance Tutorial" (pt4)

This is an experiment using only Ableton Effects to create sounds (ok, I cheated and used a few M4L devices).  There was too much playing at once so I resampled the audio into individual tracks and did a rough arrangement.
