his way to the top and is determined to tell his story via Hip-Hop/Rap. The 30 year old dedicates his voice to expressing his deepest thoughts, with no filter, through the avenue of music, while defining his own style. 

Born to entertain and move his audience, Q-City never limits himself to one market and likes to explore every genre of music. “Just give me any beat and I’ll wreck it with my story” is one of the quotes he abides by. Quinn Manning always understood the art of story-telling but growing up he was not always understood, which lead to a fast life of rebellion. After a life altering experience and 5 years of incarceration, Q-City began his massive movement and caught the attention of many heavy hitters in the industry. 
Quinn allowed his mistakes to mold and teach him to target his aggression into his lyrics, his music, & lay claim to his city. This is when Quinn came to be known as “Q-City”. 

Many may mistake his confidence for arrogance but it is simply his past that creates the
