FLESH PENITENTIARY

To say that the flesh penitentiary is a stronghold is an understatement. Like the flesh prison and flesh panopticon, it is a construct forged with the powers of heaven and hell. It is comprised of two layers, an outer shell that rotates unpredictably, and an inner core that is the prison itself. This dual measure system, along with sprawling forests of Fraud, are all intended to hold a prime soul, the most dangerous one to both heaven and hell alike, one bent on destroying both, and with the power to do so.

In order to destroy the outer wall, you must first destroy its eyes, proven difficult by its erratic rotations, their increased durability, beyond that of the panopticon's, and all of its attacks. Once all 6 eyes have been destroyed, the shell explodes outwards revealing the core.

The core, however, is shielded in the same way as the idols, and the only way to break it is through extreme blunt force... or the knuckleblaster. If you do not reach the core in time, the wall rebuilds itself, and you must once again break through it.

Once you reach the core, the wall reforms, trapping you inside along with the core. This is where you can deal damage while dodging its attempts to crush you within. After enough time, the penitentiary reopens its shell, while calling down a massive beam of holy light, forcing you to retreat outside to repeat the process.

After defeating it, it explodes in a shower of blood like the other two, and you expect to see a glowing soul within, but it isn't there. You hear slow clapping and footsteps from behind you.
