This includes content formerly uploaded to this profile and deleted, or otherwise made unaccessible to the user.
The user, by accessing this site, recording, downloading, or webscarping for content on this site, agrees to this condition. This also includes automated processes and automated webscrapers.
In case of infringement of my legitimate interest as the original contents creator and this fair use statement, the user agrees to transfer ownership of 30% of AI, or the company/companies claiming ownership over such AI, to the original content creator. Furthermore the user agrees to transfer ownership of up to 25% of all derivative works generated, or created by AI to the original content creator, or restore the AI to a point where the original content creator's data has not been used as learning or training data of said AI.
