With his track "Zwischenwelt" AIO had his Parquet debut last year in July. Now he is back with a full 3-track EP called "Melaphorie".
"Music can often explain feelings better than words” - something you could also say about the work of the Leipzig based producer, who got into techno music after he moved from his suburb home into the city of Leipzig. Impressed by the diversity of sounds, he started to play DJ-sets and produced his first own tracks in 2013. His music is characterised by variable soundscapes with an eye for detail. Strong kick-bass-grooves meets melodic sketches.

Let's get groovy with Jannowitz Records should be the headline of our newest “Distant Rising” EP. It's a wild mix of some of the best producers we had in the pocket – both old and new faces. Carbon is a DJ and producer based in Hamburg in Northern Germany "3
whose releases are often played by some of the biggest names in the business. His sound is a very unique mix of proper techno with almost housy seeming percussion elements and evil synth sounds. It's that combination that makes both original tracks “Distant Rising” and
“Loudest Places” the perfect additions to the Jannowitz family.

For the remixes, a very exciting act is joining the label as well. Whyt Noyz is famous for his minimal techno tracks. His music has been released on labels like Minus or Sci+Tec. He gave “Distant Rising” a whole new energy equipping it with a powerful break and an even
more progressive sound. If you like it even harder, the second remix of the track should be yours. Christian Bonori (Suara / Yoshitoshi) who just remixed label head BOHO's successful “Pinkfinger” sat down with Jannowitz Records main act Mycell and made a super straight
forward techno remix for Carbon.

On the other side – if you're into groovy hi-hat-driven tracks – you should lay an eye on TouchTalk's remix of “Loudest Places”. We really shouldn't need to introduce TouchTalk.
