015 - Smooth Operators w/ Vali (Radio alHara, Bethlehem)

Release thirty-three has Manjumasi going down under for a showcase of deliciously groovy lo-fi minimal house music from Australian producer Michaelis. Each of the three originals puts forth a heady mix of restrained beats and basslines, complemented by a bevy of subtle sonic details, playful melodic flourishes and washes of ambient texture. The arrangements evolve gradually and intentionally, leaving plenty of time to get absolutely lost in the groove.

Two remixes of Special Assistance round out the package. The first comes from label co-founder Mark Slee, whose Rusty Transistor Dub takes the track in a more melody-forward direction with a modulated FM synth lead that meanders its way through the mix. Next up is Kooscha, another Australian master of minimal groove, with a remix that takes the track into a darker, late-night territory with a focus on atmospherics and a bit of extra shuffle in the groove.

QRUV presents episode 006 of QRUV in style podcast series recorded by Fillimonov (@fillimonov) - electronic musician / DJ who prefers to perform in the format of "vinyl only", "author's live" and DJ-set. 

Fillimonov's music is based on an English sound, with minimalist and dance groove admixture. Often you can hear a rich musical component filled with instrumental parts and famous vocal inserts.

He is the owner of the "REPORT" label and till now, more than a dozen releases have been released, which have received recognition not only in the tops of the Beatport format charts but also support in the sets of electronic mastodons, all over the world.

Fillimonov does not limit his performances to the DJ set format and actively promotes and develops his live performances, which managed to please the audience Alfa Future People Winter Edition, Funk & Beats Fest, White Fest by Krysha Mira, Intense, YOD Ibiza Event, Quiksilver NewStar Camp, Red Bull Roll The Dice, Maewka, Compass and many others other festivals and format clubs in Russian and CIS cities.
