@cyberadj is a vinyl-only DJ based in Vilnius with over 20 years of experience in the techno and electro scene. His career began at underground parties in Vilnius, where he gained recognition for his unmatched music selection and ability to create a unique atmosphere. After joining the @digitaltsunami team, Cyber solidified his reputation as a technically skilled performer with a refined musical taste. His sets are renowned for flawless transitions between genres, meticulous vinyl selection, and the ability to craft hypnotic journeys through sound. Additionally, he hosts his show “Traxx from Wax” on @radio-vilnius, where he shares his love for vinyl and electronic music with a wider audience.

Žygimantas Dzikevičius aka @zygzyl5, half of @e506 hails from the urban district of Pašilaičiai in Vilnius, Lithuania. Since embarking on his musical journey in 2007, Žygimantas has been deeply influenced by the raw energy of old-school rave, breakbeat, and techno. His early work focused on crafting dubstep and jungle tracks, earning him spots as a dj at various underground parties and open-air events in Lithuania. In late 2019, he adopted the alias 5ZYL, a name that quickly garnered attention in electro/breakbeat scene.

The Kropotkin Ensemble - An Appeal To The Young

TIGERCAST stands as an engaging monthly podcast series, streaming on Fade Radio.
Its primary mission is to provide a platform for a wide-ranging spectrum of artists, each contributing to the elaborate and diverse landscape that defines the immersive realm of Electro.

Grid User (real name Artem Kres) is a Ukrainian producer and DJ. He is the founder of the newly launched label Connectome Records, dedicated to electro. Artem’s first appearance was on New World Vol. 2 with a collaboration track alongside ELEKTROTECHNIK. Since then, he has released music on Mystictrax and through a couple of self-releases. He is already involved in various collaborations and projects with artists from the electro scene. Currently, he is working on new releases and developing his own label. This mix was recorded especially for the label with love. Electro don’t stop.

sin:it:sin - Obsolete Technology EP [Electro Music Coalition // EMC V018]

Возвращение участника группировки лейбла ELECTRO MUSIC COALITION - sin:it:sin”а  с очередным именным EP Obsolete Technology продолжает, как и предыдущий релиз под значком EMC, тему мелодически выраженных и повествовательных аранжировок, оснащая жанр новым содержанием и формируя золотой стандарт клубного ELECTRO.

Трак Eru начинается с арпеджированного пассажа и мелодического интервала в натуральном миноре, наложенного поверх глухого и гулкого пэда. После минутного проигрыша вступает драм-партия, которая начинает обрастать мелодической орнаментикой и побочными партиями, формируя легкий по восприятию, но пробирающий кач. В прогрессии произведения особое значение дается невесомой и задумчивой теме синтезатора, сыгранной в высоком регистре, однако к завершению репризой ее сменяет мелодия, с которой и начиналась композиция в первую минуту. 

Infoseek продолжает тенденцию многослойных структур и начинается с незамысловатого синтезаторного хода, где  впоследствии вступает четкий брэйк-кик и вторая мелодическая линия. Добавляет темный оттенок низкотональный эйсид лайн, а первоначальная мелодия получает легкое развитие. Благодаря отсутствию явных акцентов Infoseek звучит мягко, легко и изощренно.

По-иному начинает звучать Infra-City Transit, сходу давая  попить бензина. Трак запускается механизмом акцентированного малого барабана и приводится в чувство тяжелой басовой партией. И если в начале темы нам кажется, что нас ожидает статичная дарковая аранжировка, то спустя несколько квадратов автор вновь выступает в роли утонченного мелодиста, при этом не в ущерб общему груву. 

Флип 12-дюймовки начинается с композиции Solar Filter и отсылает нас к ранним релизам лейбла. Динамичный гнетущий футуристичный саб-басс звучит неторопливо, а активизируют тему восходящие секвенции в высоком регистре, что вкупе и определяет плавный, но выразительный характер всей пьесы.

Титульный трак Obsolete Technology продолжает держать слушателя в зоне поражения. Дорожка начинается  со светлых гармоний, резких брэйков, сквервейв синта и впоследствии обрастает пассажами выразительных высоких нойзов, которые чередуются с другим синтезаторным хуком, создавая напряжение на протяжении основной части трака.

Завершается EP обогащенным басом в стакато изложении подыгрывающим и следующим за ритмическим рисунком в глубины коллектора в композиции Dimension Door. Тема как будто бы сливает токсичные отходы, выступая в роли аутро мини-альбома и открывая двери новой жизни в мире ELECTRO.

Релиз в очередной раз доказывает изобретательность композитора. Глубокие по мысли произведения представляют собой законченный продукт, противясь тенденциям мелодического минимализма и в какой то мере возвращают слушателя к корням жанра в виде проработанной и развитой партитуры.
