Kri Records strike back with a cassette compilation under an
appropriate name: Trust the Rust! Rust dealers come from all over
the globe.

Nasty electro cuts are served by LA-based Ole Mic Odd who
has released on labels such as Zement, Italian producer and the
mighty Gravitational Waves owner DJ Nephil, British veteran
Chupacabras with seals of approval on L.I.E.S. among others, and
our Russian friend Larionov, who regularly puts out bangers for
Rotterdam Electronix. The Electro part of the compilation is
rounded by the local Ljubljana legend operating as a DJ and
Honest Work label owner, 198319831983.

EBM-ish march is saluted by Black Dot, the duo of Christian Kroupa
and Le Chocolat Noir, soon releasing music on Mechatronica and
responsible for our first release. Christian has also joined forces
with the Dallas and Science Cult native Aura Nox. NYC and wave EBM
bangers are represented by R Gamble, Spinal is an up-and-coming
producer from Chile having released a great EP on Pildoras Tapes,
while Bianco Negativo is an Italian duo behind one of our fav
labels, Marguerite Records.

10 tracks exploring the dark corners of Kri Records are available
on a super cute cassette or digitally via Bandcamp.

Pastram (@pastram-music) is the Italian dj raised in the outskirts of Geneva. Pastram steps out under the banner of Cruel Machine Booking. 
Distinctly drawn towards dark atmospheres, Pastram developed a strong focus on raw rhythmics, assuming an intense form of communication where cathartic echoes and cold synths become intricate. An intense musical fusion of the past and the present transcending the line between body music, grinding post-punk, industrial, and wave.

We are happy to introduce Gokcen (@degokcen), an Istanbul-based DJ and model, primarily focused on EBM and Industrial techno with brutal vocals. Her main passion lies in experimental and hypnotic dark synths. Her sets often include darkwave and post-punk tracks reminiscent of the 90s atmosphere, cycling from EBM-Industrial to techno. There is a deep human sensuality hidden within her tense rhythmic shell. She bases the integrity of her liturgical and gothic sound on these elements, making you feel the ethereal in the chaos. Her music allows you to immerse yourself in a hypnotic dance rhythm, as if you're surfing the waves of its darkness.

Mara Angmas is a DJ and producer from Kyiv, Ukraine, the main ideologist and founder of the nm Culture movement (formerly known as the independent label NECROMECHANICA).
His artistry and aesthetics are inspired by the visual and sonic worlds of gothic, necrogothic, biomechanics, and medieval art. This influence is reflected in his music, where complex, experimental rhythms and noise textures evoke something dark, primal, and industrial.

The next installment of IDA Podcast welcomes eviol (@wtpigqjqnz90) — DJ and vinyl digger based in Moscow, curator of Tribaltansi on Komrad.net. He used to record cheerful mixes in the Hardgroove Techno style, but now he is drawn to dark, snaring synths.

That’s why he decided to release this mix, which begins with Tzusing’s Residual Stress, featuring sharp guitar cuts that slice through the atmosphere, setting the stage for a danceable gloom that unfolds and intensifies throughout the whole set.
