Pangaea Cargo Series 009 von @kloevedj nimmt uns auf eine besondere Reise mit. Früher gerne in der Dresdner Heide auf der Suche nach der besten Freetekk unterwegs, fährt er seit 4 Jahren goudaessend mit seinem Hollandfahrrad an Tulpenfeldern entlang. 
Aber seit zwei Jahren lässt er das Fahrrad öfter stehen und stellt sich lieber an die Decks und das so gut, dass er mittlerweile auch Teil von @thecave050 ist.
In seinem Mix nimmt er uns auf einen trippy Ausflug mit.  Dabei entstehen Soundgebilde aus Electro, Breakbeat und House, die einladen zu verweilen. Wir sind noch im Wunderland, aber hört selbst.

Pangaea Cargo Series 009 by @kloevedj takes us to a very special journey. Born and raised in Dresden, he always looked for the next independant open air at Dresdner Heide. But now he enjoys gouda-eating his holland bike rides through tulips fields. 
Two years ago he has started to discover the turntables and has become a member of @thecave050 crew.
His podcast is like a trip, a very awesome one. Erecting and disappearing sound formations consist of electro, breakbeat und house, seduce us to stay. We are still at wonderland, but discover it yourself. Enjoy!

PCS009 w/ Kloeve

Lotus Wash drops his debut album on LBD Sounds, bringing a whole load of fresh material which came out from his experience as a session musician, and performing his experimental live sets around the Czech Republic. He connects the dots between classically trained musician and modular synth-head, working in Prague’s DIY shop and creative community Noise Kitchen. The album spans across 6 original tracks of pure analogue bliss and live ideas, alongside three remixes from his closest allies, local producers Oliver Torr, Vision of 1994, and Hrtl.

The Field Theory was created during a period of deep fascination with quantum physics, with the tracks being conceptually and aesthetically inspired by some of its phenomena. Acoustically, it’s mostly a slow and dark affair, with Lotus Wash only letting the light in very briefly when the sun is young (Magnetic Moment), keeping the shutter firmly closed for the rest of the record. His music does not rely on banging beats to drive it, instead letting intense grooves do the job from deep underground, just like on earth-shattering album opener Vacuum Fluctuation. He masters his craft of building atmosphere, a skill learnt during multiple collaborations with various Czech theatres. Of course, he lets the steam out occasionally, and always with devastating effect (Higgs Field, Casimir Force), but mostly choses to keep it capped, humming and hissing. When the sky clears, he opts for a minimalistic and hypnotic approach, only to disturb this peace with a killer bassline in one of the album’s highlights – Spooky Action At A Distance – later re-imagined and re-electrified by Oliver Torr. Standard Model is anything but your standard techno, while Hrtl’s remix of Magic Moment flirts with techno too, but on a dubbier and brighter side. Bringing the album to a close is Vision of 1994’s downtempo take on the same track, finally letting you breathe out.

Madloch's 3rd Avenue presents the The Shape of Silence EP from Buenos Aires-based producer Serval. The three-track release includes Dreams Within Dreams, Umbrella, and Lost Garden, offering an evocative journey through melodic textures and deep, atmospheric sound design.

After contributing a remix to our Future Avenue sublabel in 2024, Serval now makes his full label debut on 3rd Avenue. Active in the electronic scene for nearly a decade, he has earned recognition and support from artists such as Joris Voorn, ANII, Haze-M, Armen Miran, Ziger, Allies For Everyone, Mariano Mellino, EZEK, Nihil Young, and Ilario Alicante. His music bridges melodic techno and deep house, combining emotion with a distinctive sense of darkness that gives his productions a unique identity.

Influenced by 1980s electronic rock acts such as Depeche Mode, New Order, and Joy Division, as well as minimalist techno pioneers like Richie Hawtin and Magda, Serval creates music that feels both nostalgic and forward-looking. With The Shape of Silence EP, he delivers a refined and atmospheric debut that aligns naturally with the deep and melodic sound of 3rd Avenue.
