I don’t think I can take this! @CTM studio feat Kate

A meditation on the current world political situation and human 'progress' through the medium of electro, heavy metal and brass. One of the working titles of this one was 'Brass Sabbath', and I think you'll see why (although it also owes something to Jean Michel Jarre and Muse too). The term 'FUBAR' is a military term dating back to World War II – look it up. The last three initials stand for "…Beyond All Recognition". I performed all the parts on this one, and had great fun doing so… hope it shows.

FUBAR

The unique, piano-rock and synth driven sounds of Guest House were formed by college students Brooks Nopper and Zach Precythe in Charlottesville, Virginia. The pair, who are lifelong friends, recorded and mixed their debut album Halfway to Home independently. With the desire to release an album, but little assets at their disposal, they primarily used their college dorm and library’s audio studio as a recording and mixing studio. The album, as Nopper explains, is collectively “an emotional roller coaster” offering tracks varying from mainstream pop to indie rock. The band’s lyrics are notably self-reflective, focusing introspectively on personal experiences and aspects of loss. Instrumentally, the duo blends a distinct balance of piano melodies, ambient reverb and delay guitars, and heavy synth and string accompaniment. 

After completing the album’s instrumental production in late 2017, the pair welcomed Jordan Bernstein as lead vocalist. Bernstein, a notable collegiate acapella singer, boasts impressive range, skill, and harmonization that are showcased in tracks such as “Daylight” and “Time Lapse”. Between Nopper and Precythe’s layered instrumentals and Bernstein’s powerful harmonization, the trio delivers a wholesome sound that is distinct in today’s music industry. The band is excited for whatever the future may hold, and looks forward to releasing much more music.

Seen the terminator, seen the matrix too, me and Stephen Hawking, we know what to do, coz' there ain't gonna be much of a fight, when the robots rise .... 

We don't get our act together we'll be history soon, the moment they are conscious is the moment we are doomed, when done evolving at the speed of light, they'll open up their tiny robot eyes ...... and what they see they won't like.

We'll be surplus to requirements, or the slaves of android tyrants, superceded by AI, when the robots rise .... are they the next step in evolution, a mechanical cure for biological pollution, they won't  just take your job they'll take your life, you can kiss your aunt's goodbye when the robots rise .....

Nowadays everybody can become a Guru. You just need to put your face in front of a camera, scream some nonsense and little by little you will start to create your audience.
Most of the time people are more interested in how to share their ideas  instead of the concepts they try to spread. We should maintain a more critical attitude so to understand who has the knowledge and who has not.
