The foundation is Brian Eno Music For Airports I believe- but I do think this is a remix of a part of a much longer work of hers I heard a few years back. 

Heard this in a futuristic sequence in a TV show. Scrambled like a demon to track it down and it’s been a lifetime top-ten ever since!
