Inspired by the Kaluli “night clearing” tradition - the practice of allowing children to express any unresolved feelings or observations about the day out loud without response or fixing before sleep. These twelve glitch-folk soul songs turn confession into calm, teaching the nervous system to rest when the story finally ends.

Set against the heat of the Mediterranean coast, these twelve songs move through the first sparks of desire, the jealousy and mischief that follow, the quiet tragedies we don’t see until they’re already behind us, and the melancholy that becomes a permanent companion.

Built from a fusion of French chanson, chamber-folk and intimate indie storytelling, the album draws on the emotional architecture of Mirrors — self-interrogation, memory, the stories we perform — and carries it into the sun-drenched world of Bonjour Tristesse.

From the villa above the sea to the Parisian atelier, from the white suit on stage to the final acceptance of tristesse itself, these songs follow the arc of a summer that begins like a lie and ends like a lesson you never stop learning.

A coastal dream darkened by consequence — a sister album to Mirrors, and a chapter in its shadow.

Jealous Mission II

Set over the course of a single wedding in the English countryside, this album isn’t about the couple getting married — it’s about everyone else.

Through arrivals, reunions, rituals, speeches, dances, late nights and quiet departures, the songs trace what happens around a wedding: old friendships resurfacing, new ones forming by accident, belief briefly working even for the unconvinced, and the subtle realisation that some relationships change simply because time has passed.

Nothing dramatic happens.
Nobody’s life is overturned.
But by the time the last song fades, something has shifted.

This is an album about thresholds — the ones we cross deliberately, and the ones we notice only after we’ve crossed them.

something old, something new

A Robin Hood Christmas is a modern London folk myth.

Told through wandering minstrel instruments — wooden flutes, small strings, footsteps and breath — and threaded with the low pulse of the city, the album reimagines the legend of Robin Hood in a winter London where Christmas doesn’t reach everywhere equally.

This is Robin of Epping Forest: moving on foot, off-grid, redistributing what’s pooled too high. Alongside him are Little John, who carries the weight; Maid Marian, who keeps the network alive; Friar Tuck, who offers warmth without judgement; and the Sheriff of Notting Hill, whose power is polite, procedural, and still.

Medieval folk textures blend with subtle modern sounds — jungle fragments, underground drones, glitch echoes — not as contrast, but as continuity. The forest is no longer a place. It’s a practice. It moves where people move.

There are no heroes here. No victories.
Just winter held together — this time.

THE SHERIFF OF NOTTING HILL

Stress = data ≠ identity is a concept album for people who feel overstimulated, over-identified, and quietly exhausted by modern life.

Across twelve tracks, the album explores a simple but powerful shift:
what happens when you stop treating stress as who you are — and start treating it as information passing through you.

He asks for gold, and the world agrees. Every touch becomes wealth. Every desire is fulfilled. And that’s the trap.

Midas retells that story in a modern register: not as a fairy tale about greed, but as a warning about success without limits. About hustle that never pauses to ask what it costs. About shortcuts that feel small at the time, invisible even — until they add up to something irreversible.

This track watches someone rise. Someone admired. Someone who wins by being quicker, sharper, more efficient than everyone else. No single crime. No dramatic betrayal. Just a steady conversion of warmth into leverage, relationships into assets, people into means. Gold everywhere — until it starts to weigh more than it shines.

Simmering in Winter is a London winter folk album set in the weeks after the decorations come down.

January light, cold rooms, two young kids, and the low-level tension of things left unfinished. It follows a narrator who keeps meaning to apologise, keeps circling it, but never quite says the word. Instead, he explains. He tidies. He waits. He brings the whole world into small domestic moments where what’s really needed is simpler.

Across the album, warmth arrives slowly: a cello moves closer, sunlight stays a little longer on the worktop, windows crack open. Arguments never quite happen, but they’re recognisable — the dishwasher, the clock, Valentine’s handled “sensibly”, sitting closer without saying why. The music stays restrained: flute and bassoon for cold air, cello as the emotional spine, piano only when it’s earned. Nothing resolves cleanly.

This is an album about avoidance, passive aggressive arguments, and British emotional restraint — about knowing exactly what you haven’t said, and learning to live in the space it leaves behind.

'the long way round' is a quiet album about how movement actually works in a modern city.

These songs follow a figure who understands the system by walking it: where access is trimmed, where exceptions are granted, where safety is cited, and where unofficial routes still function if you don’t draw attention to yourself. Power appears not as force, but as procedure - reasonable, and slow.

Built from footstep rhythms, low urban drones, and close, unshowy vocals, the album moves at walking pace. Nothing resolves. Nothing is announced. Progress happens sideways, after hours, or not at all.

Robin isn’t a hero or a protester. He doesn’t make speeches or demand change. He stays mobile. He learns the bends, the delays, the side entrances. He knows the map is always out of date — and that sometimes the only way through is the long way round.

This is an album for commuters, night walkers, and anyone who’s learned that arriving later can be safer than arriving first.

Sonically, the album tries to compress influences of Wagner/Mahler-scale orchestral weight into a single sound source like a civilisation playing through one speaker. Glitch-folk textures, breath-led vocals, wordless repetition, and flattened choirs create the sense that truth is no longer debated, only behaved.

Autoheart at Midnight is a UK glitch-folk cycle staged as the Midnight Cron Cycle, a sequence of timed tasks from 00:00 to 05:24.

A male hybrid narrator tries to automate nightly rituals and emotions, confronting ten vices as scripts collide with folk memory. Fingerpicked acoustic guitar and modest folk instruments are threaded with granular edits, clock drift, tape hiss, and algorithmic percussion; an intimate M vocal alternates between hearth-warm and bit-shifted, as if sung through a terminal window. The journey begins with brittle control—Initialise, Cache, Silence—before friction and failure force human texture: a patched heart that spills into Overflow. Confession is logrotated rather than erased, tenderness rate-limited yet stubborn. Keepsakes are backed up like recipe cards and love letters, then merged with the living branch at dawn. By Sunrise Commit, fallibility has become the system’s saving grace: an honest, humane reconciliation where the machine learns to wait, listen, and forgive.
