Its the same as Toad Town after all of the streamers are removed 

People trash on this game for not being like the earlier ones in the series, but if you judge it in isolation, this is a seriously high-quality game. You can very clearly tell how much love was put into it.

Here's the (mostly) spoiler free soundtrack for Paper Mario: The Origami King! This is almost all of the tracks that have been shown off in the trailers and gameplay videos so far, I'll add the rest when the game actually launches!
