I've had this one sitting around on my hard drive for a while. It's a town/village theme for the Elancia book series. This one focuses on a small, snowy town in the high desert mountains (and the surrounding environs.) 

A lone gunfighter with a still-weeping wound wanders into town in search of a ruthless gang of bandits, leaving bloody footprints in his wake.

This is one of the many pieces I composed that were heavily influenced by Ryuichi Sakamoto's work. The direct inspiration of this one is his piece "Aoneko no Torso".
