Stranded in amphibian lands

My friends become amphibians
I try to save them from the crows
Murder descends upon thy brow
To pluck thy windows from thy breast
Glistening from beaks of death
My shadow flows beneath the realm
Of winters born of unwashed men
They're bornless in the night
