Miguel Rojas, conocido como Aleroj, es un DJ, productor y gestor cultural de Bogotá, Colombia, cofundador del sello discográfico Muakk y del colectivo Perro Perro. Su proyecto se centra en innovar en la escena rave latinoamericana, fusionando géneros como guaracha, juke, reggaeton, ghetto house, hardcore, phonk y techno. Con lanzamientos destacados en plataformas como Boiler Room y NTS Radio, y apoyado por DJs reconocidos, Aleroj ha llevado su música en giras por Colombia, Chile, Argentina y Europa, colaborando con diversos colectivos. Sus recientes trabajos han sido clave en la definición del estilo Uwuaracha en Colombia y en la escena cibernética latinoamericana.

From the ashes of past incarnations, a new era sparks to life - wired, alive, and pulsing with transmissions. Kris Baha returns with Livewire, a 3-track EP that marks the beginning of his next evolution: a collision of late 90s tribal-psy trance, techno breaks, and progressive grooves, romancing the chaos and dust of a Spiral Tribe doof.

The title track Livewire is the sound of shedding skin. Starting off like some lost crystal method cut, Kris sings ‘Flowers of Steel & Crystal’ - the first metaphor of this alternate reality which quickly mutates to a shape-shifting journey that moves like a multi-dimensional rave dream. Echoes of the inner self reminding you to keep listening to the voice within, re-amplified by the main dusty lead before the final liquid psy bassline slips in and warps us through to the other side. Somewhere in the static, a voice remains: “There’s a livewire through you.”

‘Livewire” channels the wired chaos of the 90’s era artists such as The Chemical Brothers, Prodigy, Underworld, Lunatic Calm, Crystal Method, and the ghost of the Hackers OST reimagined for now.

This isn’t a throwback - it’s a return, to feeling everything at once and we’re excited to roll out the sonic rebirth of Kris Baha.

Uruguayan DJ and producer YOZY supplies a shape-shifting mix for us, oscillating between experimental and broken rhythms to 4/4 techno and irresistible trance classics. The Barcelona-based artist also includes tracks from her upcoming album, dropping June 5th. Having released several contributions to VAs on Clan Destine Records, low income $quad, and Last Love Records, they have also delivered music to Human Club; a label based in Barcelona's Razzmatazz, where they are a resident DJ and run their own party CALIENTE. Additionally, YOZY has played for parties and festivals like Boiler Room x Primavera Sound, Raiders, Suicide Club, Voight-Kampff, Latineo, and many more. Plus, their monthly radio show on HKCR called 'Messages from the stars' has recently transformed into an IRL ambient showcase.

In just three years, Berlin-based DJ and producer Valerie Ace has released six EPs plus a few extra tracks on just as many labels. One can say she has a natural talent, but an unnatural talent would be more fitting. Valerie Ace makes machine music—dark, industrial, groovy techno—at machine pace with machine precision. For her first Boysnoize Records release, Ace delivers six cracking tracks on her Escape the Algorithm EP, reflecting the aggressive sound of the techno capital’s young underground.

The EP opens with “Do It Again” (145 bpm), a dizzying track that pumps through layers of pitch bending texture. Ace flexes her command of timbre with hallucinatory punctuations of alien insects and screeching tires that scream as if alive. “The Algo Made Me Do It” (150 bpm) follows with a swift gallop. Here, an organ synth melody drives the arrangement along a rollercoaster of builds and drops, with Ace’s synthetic-organic accents throughout. The abstraction of human voices into mechanistic noise seems to be an Ace signature, and feature heavily on “In an Ideal World” (144 bpm). This is a fully locked in, beats-replace-brain, ego-death-on-the-dancefloor track that takes control of the body and hypnotises with otherworldly chatter. Escape the Algorithm continues with a full mix and tool version of “Scan Code To Unlock Heart” (144 bpm), a rattling runner with a totally infectious horror film whistle that morphs from sample to synth. Ace’s polyrhythms rip, with toms banging a tribal groove and snare stuttering to climax on the drop. The EP closes with title track “Escape the Algorithm” (150 bpm), which finds Ace deftly moving from 4/4 to broken beat and back around two big build-ups. An ominous synth serves as a through-line across the complex arrangement, amplifying the energy as it sinks, swells, and shifts to staccatto.
