Previous M83 drafted multi-instrumentalist J.Laser to release his enticing new EP ‘Starkiller’ on 
Enroute Records this February, returning from his two-year hiatus.

Multi-faceted artist Jordan Lawlor, aka, J.Laser is best known for his work with the renowned french
electronic music group M83, where he joined the group as a guitarist whilst also collaborating as a producer
on 2016’s ‘Junk’ before parting ways as a solo artist in 2018 to pursue his own projects. Remaining busy as a
producer and mixer over the past few years in between, his services were offered to artists including Asher
Moss, Friend of a Friend and Tove Lo, whilst building his own recording studio in the high Mojave desert.

After captivating listeners with a broad and adventurous array of solo releases, including 2020’s self-titled EP,
J.Laser has now returned to deliver his multi-dimensional, electro-tinged new offering ‘Starkiller’ EP on
enroute records.

‘Starkiller’ EP serves as a tantalising glimpse into the dense world of J. Laser’s innovative production skills
with technicolour synths, mutated guitars and thunderous drums. His flawless and trademark vocals add vital
texture to each track with each element meticulously crafted to flow like a sonic mandala. It’s easily one of his
most intoxicating releases yet and marks an exciting return from the extremely talented artist. J. Laser
 performed, produced and mixed every note across his latest project, resulting in a selection of songs to bend
the mind and pull at the heartstrings of fans and listeners alike.
