Paul Weck is a vinyl DJ from the “Niemandsland” collective, who has his roots in Stuttgart. His obsession for vinyl and analog electronic music started withe the discovery of the legendary Herrensauna set by Hector Oaks and a 1210 standing in the living room of his childhood. His true goal is to make his sound in some way indefinable. Trying to translate his idea of a musical spaces and it’s connection to architectural spaces.

Luciano Ferrer, is a Chilean-born techno producer and DJ based out of the Southern California desert in the Coachella Valley. 
Growing up near the Coachella festival grounds and also attending the festival itself, Tensic’s love for electronic music was instilled early, and endlessly grew as the years went on… later on attending underground techno shows in LA where his love for techno became solidified. What started off as admiration for dance music and proper scenes, became a fiery passion for technical productions, and relentless well crafted DJ sets. 
Preferring a more hands-on approach, all tracks are created with an assortment of hardware consisting of both analog and digital gear. From these tools, electrifying hypnotic synths take flight, and heavy driving kicks hit the floor.

Opening up our label mix series is Dosed Audio’s co-creator Jarrod Yeates with an all vinyl mix of energetic locked grooves with a focus on sounds from the late 90s and early 2000s. 

Jarrod discovered his love for electronic music as a teen in the underground bush and warehouse scene. Since then he has progressed to play at a variety of Perth's club and warehouse nights for local crews FLUX, GRIT and ITM. 

As a long time listener and obsessive collector, this mix is a strong representation of his affinity with 90s / 2000s vinyl, blending old and new tracks that define that era.

Streamlines Podcast 013 - HALBTROCKEN

@Catartsis (aka Mathieu Bonnafous) is an artist based in Paris. With a background in sound engineering, he discovered concrete music through his studies, which greatly influenced his work. This led him to explore the practice of field recording, which is now the foundation of his creative method. Catartsis confronts the sounds offered by our industrial and natural environment in his organic productions. His search for unique rhythms and textures allows him to create atypical sound pieces that blend genres, borrowing from the English electronic scene, early 2000 and current techno, as well as the new French industrial techno scene. He tries to integrate these trends into his DJ sets, bringing a wide range of sound to dancers and listeners. He co-directs the independent label ygam with Ōtone, on which he released his three latest solo EPs, "Sombre, l’égoïque," "Acier Leste," and "Les résonnantes." Alongside Ōtone, they also released a split EP, "Mechanical Gesture," on OBSCUUR records.
