Enduring a debilitating disease for many years now has taken a mental toll on the Elecrto Monk. Being under the influence of heavy opioids, antidepressants and various disease modifying drugs while writing music has resulted in a schizophrenic mix of highs and lows, almost like a reflection of his state of mind as time has progressed. The down-tempo, trip-hop soundtrack to a fever dream from which there is no escape.
