What you hear are the vocals from Welcome to the Black Parade (by My Chemical Romance) laid over top of an instrumental track of Welcome to My Life (by Simple Plan). The instrumental is pitched a semitone higher than normal to match the vocals, which I built the mashup around. And of course, there was some editing done to make the vocals fit the instrumental.
