The last track written.  A solid riff and 'careful' lyrics help to make this a solid jam.  Drum work is excellent.

Lots of harmonies and swimming effects.  Definitely sort of a 'woe is me,' song, but it's poppy and punchy.

Colorblind

Finally, the song choices have been made, the order designed, and I can officially 'release' this album.  In the works since late 2011, it's peak was in the late spring of 2012.  

I had the house completely to myself to write music, sing, and embarrass only the pets; my wife was in Europe for a couple of weeks.  I was loud, emotional, and wrote (what I thought) was my best work to date, since it was honest, from the gut, crawling with an instrument rarely heard in my music.  A guitar!

But after listening to it and judging it (too many times,) I tinkered with it for about a year after I assumed it complete, somehow afraid that the work wasn't good enough.  Indeed, too often, and eventually it succumbed to the pressure of nonexistent opinion, and was never really allowed to be heard.

But I've grown out of that rubbish, and eventually realized that this really is one my most unique albums.  It came at a time of immense gravitational pull, and this helped me stay in orbit.  (2011-2012 is a very distant moon to me.)

Mumble yet again is at it with the revolutionary sound. Coming, not to long ago with the sound from Lady, Case Closed EP something similar in sound yet different in style and concept.

Luminous Dust

The same Quinn.  Using inspiration from progressive styles, new wave, pop, and especially video game sounds from the 80's and 90's, he fashions his music around atmospheres and trials.

Be prepared for sounds which Quinn describes as, "24-bit music with vocals."  The percussion can sometimes be obnoxious yet effective with mysterious chords, the occasional anthemic leads, and Quinn's croon, which is a pleasure to hear when it works.

Of the prolific amount of songs that Quinn writes, the ones that WORK are the ones that will be shared for your pleasure.  He isn't reinventing the wheel by any means, but he truly is unique.

P.S. (He has an identity in the game remix community, which is no surprise.  Starting in the late 90's, he was among the pioneers of the scene.)
