Ben (@Crystalizemusic), Antuane (@FransisDerelle) and I have become really good friends during this past year. Music brought us together and it's crazy how sharing only one passion can build such a strong friendship. 

We had the idea to do a 3-way collaboration for a while but never ended up doing it. For the new year, we felt that it had to be done and so this track is what we created, a blend of all our styles with the musicality of the original NGHTMRE and Boombox Cartel tune (shoutout Tyler, Jorge x Americo for an unreal track).

To me, this track exemplifies the idea that I've always tried to incorporate elements from multiple genres into my songs. In this instance, I took cues from my Drum and Bass roots and fused them together with the Trap-leaning style I've come to be known for. Anyway, I'm excited to finally gets this song in your hands! when I start new projects I feel like I limit my creative abilities to music I've made before and feel comfortable making. while it's been a fantastic way to hone in on the sound I love, it's taken away from my confidence to push into new territories.

when I started this remix I wanted to turn it as dark as possible to let my frustration bleed into sound. creating what I've never attempted before is a mindset I want to continue to embody in this project and in my own personal life so I hope you will be ready for whatever may come next.
