This is Flamingo Drive-In. 

The neon lights at the synthwavers new favorite hangout spot are buzzing in the background, rollerskating waitresses, ocean breeze and cool sportcars parking in the sunset while Quixotic's music blasting through the speakers. The menu consisted of many more items than just his famous hit "Palms", each track tells a story on its own, new adventures and many classics tweaked to their full potential, a uniquely diverse soundtrack back from the future.
