Each show they will choose a specific era, place or record label to explore and share the colourful tapestry of their findings. Cosmic is space and space is the place.

For the first episode they’ll be exploring South Africa 🇿🇦, as a place; where jazz flourished through the 20th century (Still thriving today) as a conscious movement providing inspiration and hope for many. Playing a pivotal role in the black liberation movement against settler colonialism and the liberation of the country at large, acting as a battlefront for the fight against Apartheid government.
