The Future Disco brand has been renowned for their iconic compilations since 2009. With an A&R reputation for compiling and releasing credible collections and the digital landscape giving labels more freedom than ever before, it seems like the perfect time to unleash singles on the label, keeping to the 21st Century Disco sound they have carefully crafted since day one.

Leur propre Rose Records est un autre de ces labels emblématiques du renouveau de la House européenne (bien que comparativement peu actifs, la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous), servant de sortie créative à nos deux sujets du jour en plus d'une flopée d'excellentes productions de leur compatriote allemand et autre patron du label: Martin Hayes; ainsi que d'un très bon EP de Junktion, sorti au coeur de la chaleur estivale de 2015 et aussitôt adopté. Ci-dessous, un apercu de leur influences, de leur futur et de ce qui leur tient à coeur avec un mix aux petits oignons pour régaler les oreilles.

For Cerrone's new EP "afro" to be released 12th february, LeonxLeon from our crew Les Yeux Orange was asked by his record company, Because Music, to do an official remix of this track, Funk Makossa, taking it's roots in Manu Dibango's classic track from 1972, "Soul Makossa". Our man LeonxLeon managed to keep the afro vibe while giving it a balearic house touch by twisting the bassline, to finally give it away and drop an acid line. We are happy to announce our first reissue 12" on MCDE Recordings, a record from Manchester Deep House label Rainy City Music (written by Irfan Rainy & Rex Leon in 1995), thave we have been working on licensing for over a year now; a record that had been a secret weapon of Djs such as Theo Parrish, Marcellus Pittmann, Mike Huckaby, Jeremy Underground and myself - arguably one of the finest house music 12-inches to ever come out of the UK.
To mark the 20th birthday of the release, we have carefully remastered the tracks from the original DAT tapes and only slightly modified the original cover artwork.

Biography
---------
Delfonic started his professional DJ career in 2004 and has meanwhile played every single club, shack and party in Berlin, and quite a bit in Germany and Europe too. He is holding two residencies, one weekly at Gretchen (the infamous follow up to the Icon Club) and a monthly one called “deep riot” at Farbfernseher. His residency at Icon/Gretchen led him to play very successful sets alongside internationally acclaimed DJ's as Coldcut, Amon Tobin, Bonobo, FaltyDL, Jazzanova, Flying Lotus and many more.

Markus is also vital in providing (Berlin's) Djs with music via his record store OYE in Prenzlauer Berg and organizing the incredible Berlin record store day once a year (in November).

Also he is Label Manager of Box aus Holz, Torben & Money $ex Records, which are related to OYE Records.

In addition to that he produces music for advertising (with his friend Boris...) but we just got the promise from him, that he will work more on club music from now on, too.

A busy guy that will hit you with his experienced, flawless flow and the skills of a Hip Hop veteran but a openminded music taste including grooves from Reggae to Hip Hop, from UK Bass to House and from Dub Step to Jungle and classic Funk, Soul & Disco.

It´s all about the Groove . . .
