Gaster's theme is a simple 4 note pattern that repeats. SO many songs have this, including songs that aren't even Undertale

Some of them don't even sound like Gaster's theme. 
Gaster's theme is Gaster's theme. That doesn't mean everything with 4 notes constantly looping is Gaster's theme.
