q z e r t y, the first 6 keys on some old Mac keyboards and Typewriters.
Qzerty is Tommaso Qzerty Danisi's solo project. He is also sound engineer and founder of the electronic duo Redrum Alone. Drum machines, samplers, and groveboxes are his job's tools. His action space stretches out from WARP IDM to UK dubstep and includes ambient music. The result is a dim light sound trip made of specifically assembled instrumental routines. Beholders are hypnotized by synthetic mantras that drive them into territories which are comforting only at a first glance; here they are awaited and brought back to reality by percussive transiences and stylophones that believe to be electric guitars.
Qzerty has shared his stage with artists the likes of Gez Varley (Former LFO), The Orb, Atom TM, Bologna Violenta and many others.
