The last couple of years have been huge for Pomo, going from a relatively obscure Canadian producer to releasing his debut EP on HW&W, remixing for the likes of Janet Jackson and Mark Ronson, producing “Am I Wrong?” on Anderson Paak’s debt album and touring the globe with Disclosure as their opening act. 

Bastard Jazz has commissioned Pomo to be next in line for the fourth volume of their "Tempo Dreams" compilation series, following on the heels of the acclaimed Soul Clap compiled Vol. 3. As with other Tempo Dreams records, Pomo has curated a slick and well polished album full of exclusive tracks from friends and collaborators such as Lindsay Lowend, Aloka, Exmag, Syre, Daniel Crawford, FVLCRVM and more.  Touching on the shimmering nudisco sound, plodding deep electronic vibes, funky instrumental hip-hop, and even a hint of drum’n’bass, Tempo Dreams Vol. 4 takes it’s rightful place in the series as one of the most forward thinking compilations showcasing emerging young talent.

Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome our dear Latvian friend, creative soul and really humble person, Producer/DJ - @chrisvader as special guest feature for this edition, which brings one helluva heavy collection of serious heat, considering this as one of the most LIT episodes, that Cultravibe has ever hosted, covering everything from head smashing Trap/Future Bass bangers to creative blends/flips of Hip-Hop/Rap/Future Beats, sharing new life and energy to good ol' classics + as we believe, there are some unreleased, exclusive goodies for you to listen. 💯🔥

@chrisvader has been listening to Hip-Hop music since he was a little kid. Started beatboxing by the age of 12 and have been making music since 2010. At first, produced mostly Jump Up, Drum and Bass and slowly shifted making Trap and 808 beats. Heavy bass and hard hitting drums is what makes his signature sound.

@chrisvader is very active figure in the local, but small Latvian electronic music scene, sharing his well crafted DJ sets all across the country so as taking it abroad across Europe. You can expect him delivering high energy and power performances.

Everything begins in 1996 when R-ASH inherits his first turntables and at a young age is seen as a genuine prodigy, becoming very quickly a reference in the world of French Djing. At the age of 14 he brought home his first championship, coming back the next year to pick up the 2002 DMC Scratch Champion of France title and continues to collect them ever since. Moving early on to the stage and club scene, he has forged a unique identity over time.

Since 2004 R-ASH conducts his own parties and mixes in the most prestigious Parisian clubs where he continues to assert that a DJ is first and foremost a performer. Today R-ASH takes care not to leave his audience hungry for entertainment performing in clubs and festivals around the world.

On stage he applies his eclectic and well-thought out perspectives to his sets which are widely appreciated for their musicality, running through HIP HOP to Electro.

His tracks are played by superstars dj's like @Diplo or @takugotbeats just to name a few… His debut single "i Own You" has been released on April 2014 on his own label "Lobby Records".
