I suspect this is fully notated music, but if I didnt know better I might have taken it for really good improvisation. Maybe the reason is that limited materials and consistency are such a good way to keep actual improvisations from falling apart.

Instalación sonora inspirada en las practicas oraculares de la Antigua Grecia, en tanto que crean a partir de su propia acción/enunciación; algo que también sucede en un acto performático.
Esta autocreación sempiterna de lo oracular se manifiesta siempre en tiempo presente, dado que tiempo y espacio en el universo oracular son la mismísima cosa.
El presente es la totalidad de todo lo que existe. Y todo lo que existe, existe ahora, existe en este espacio, existe en esta sala donde el sonido se proyecta…

Be it lines of force or a forgotten contact between the earth and our bodies, the essential point of support.. Earth veins as vital paths with oscillating and resonant intersections? 
Following the events of last February in Southern Turkey and  Western Syria, the earth once again showed also its destructive power, the effects of which are also echoed in this work.

Earth Veins for 6 estonian bagpipes (2023)

"venus" was performed at the Phoenix Cultural Centre in Sydney on 30 September 2023, by ELISION: Peter Neville, Marshall McGuire and Ben Ward, conducted by Tristram Williams. Recorded by Richard Hundy and mixed/mastered by RB.

"venus" is a component of the ensemble composition "elsewhen", which itself forms part of the conglomerate composition "PSYCHE". The title refers to the prehistoric figurines with stylised female forms (like the well-known “Venus of Willendorf” in the illustration). It isn’t known whether they were sculpted by men or women or both and for what purpose, although they do seem to embody the origin of what subsequently evolved in human culture as a sense of aesthetic beauty. This composition is so to speak “sculpted” from a musical material which remains mostly consistent in terms of pitch-range, placing the contrabass in its extreme high register almost throughout.
