So near the beginning of 2020, I just lost faith in music and quit. The world changed from a pandemic, and I just didn’t want to do it anymore. In 2022, I started scratching the itch a little bit with synthesizer music that would be soundtrack type stuff and did several collections of songs that nobody will probably ever hear. It was how I began to cope with everything. In 2024, at the lowest I’ve ever felt in my life, I’ve found my way back here…ten years since I started Behold the Sludge…playing…singing…trying to find myself again.

I've been saying all along about the possibilities of bass strings, and in this song, I enjoy the interaction between the bass effects and the bass strings of the guitar. So I don't put as much emphasis on the guitar solo itself as I usually do. Somewhere far away. That's how I feel when I see the stagnation in the world these days. Finally, thanks for reading here. And I'm glad you're listening to my music.
