This is a guided meditation aimed to help bring balance between 3 sefirot of the emotional triad, Chesed, Gevurah and Tiferet. The chord progression goes from C (chesed) to F (gevurah) then Bb(tiferet), a II V I, where the Bb is first a BbMaj9 chord, carrying the notes of the previous chords. 
Chesed's color is blue and is associated with water, Gevurah is red and connects to fire, and Tiferet is green/brown connecting to the sun.
