Parenthesis, the new EP from Rennes duo Cwtch, is a sensory immersion in an electronic universe rich in textures and organic rhythms. Comprising five tracks with distinct identities, this opus bears witness to a clear desire for sonic exploration and creative freedom. H2O is a composer, live artist and DJ. She is the curator and co-founder of Air Ambient, a free annual event dedicated to ambient music. 
During her improvised live performances, she explores a music of contrasts and sensitivity. Her influences include the frenetic layers of ambient, the deconstructed rhythms of break and the hypnotic progressions of techno.

Premiere: Cwtch - Gyoza [DLJL009]

Avec « Par-delà les sens », le DJ Atavi lance son nouveau label Essential Delights Records. Pour cette première sortie prévue le 28 octobre, 19 artistes de la scène française sont rassemblé·es à travers 16 tracks de techno mentale et hypnotique, trance, bass deep et expérimentales. On y retrouve notamment Hayashi, 44hz & Soām, LITTLEFISH, Catartsis, mais aussi de jeunes talents issus de collectifs émergents.

Aujourd’hui, on vous dévoile la track d’intro de la compilation, « Bestiary of the Enchanted Forest », fruit de la collaboration de Drawbridge et Pal Parallax. Avec une inspiration dub très claire, les deux producteurs ont mélangé leurs univers en expérimentant autour d’une ligne de basse jouée au Moog, sur laquelle se posent différentes textures, éléments harmoniques et même une voix énumérant des bestioles imaginaires.

À travers ses projets, le label cherche à se concentrer sur des sonorités mentales et prône des ponts entre les genres, se détachant des tracks purement pensées pour le dancefloor.
