Music composed and song sung by Rachel Sparkes.  Original words written in poem called Slow Dance written by David Wetherford. http://www.davidlweatherford.com/intro1.htmla.  In 2002 a young girl's mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer, I worked with this girl at a school in aftercare. She asked if we could compose a song to the poem for her mother.  Stop, breathe, be present, take notice of the small things, be grateful, call you friends and tell them you love them.
