This Sound Cleanse was curated to address a few different intentions: 

1: Calm your emotions. Remove the negativity that our Mind instinctually absorbs throughout our days. Even the most cheerful being absorbs negativity through experiences (especially in this Political and Economic system we have inherited). Some may need more help than others & Some carry more than others. Nonetheless, we are all in this together. 

2: Flush out the removed negativity & clear a new path for new positive emotions, thoughts, habits, & behaviors. It is brave when we face and address uncomfortable feelings that have been stuffed away for decades to avoid dealing with them. Your subconscious instinctually does this as a protection mechanism from the potential emotional & physical pain. We learn from our emotions, but they are only visitors. Clear away and effectively deal with your fear, your sadness, your frustrations, and your anger.  

3: Gratitude. I am grateful for the existence of Life itself. I am grateful to feel alive. I am grateful for Water. I am grateful to be able to grow and eat food that grows from our Earth. I am grateful to grow on this Earth with the many other animals and plants. I am grateful to be able to learn as I go. I am grateful to be able to Change if it seems right. I am grateful for the beauty that surrounds us everyday. I am grateful for friendship. I am grateful to be able to share what I feel. I am grateful to be able to express my thoughts, feelings, and ideas through actions, words, & non-verbally. I am grateful to be able to Dream.

4: Realize your connection to this Earth, therefore this Universe. Life and Beauty surrounds us and travels through us. We must continue to practice in clearing out the old paths as well as creating new paths for Positivity to Flow through Us. Realize that you are always connected to Nature. No matter how long we've forgotten our relationship with Nature, we will always return. 

Realize your Potential if you took advantage of the learning lessons of each and every day. Sometimes we forget. Sometimes we make mistakes. Sometimes we don't know why we are the way we are or do the things we do & that is okay. Each day is an opportunity to create New Fresh space. THIS day at NOW O'Clock is an opportunity to decide what kind of Human you are today and moving forward.

Your Mind is more powerful than what we have been led to believe. Emotions are Powerful so it is our responsibility to learn how to feel them.

Fear is strong. If you believe your Fearful reality over another possible outcome, your Fearful mentality will perpetuate your Reality. 

GRATITUDE is the Highest Vibration. Receiving thanks from a gift is one way of showing Gratitude. When one chooses to feel gratitude for something your body shifts into a receptive mode just as when someone gives you a gift. Nature is an omnipresent gift. Life -itself- is a gift. In accepting and practicing this process, it will raise your Serotonin and will allow you to feel more Positive and Connected with the World in & around you. Gratitude is So Powerful. 

Remember, your Physical Reality is ALWAYS the product of what you believe it is, can be, or will be. Sometimes, this can lead you from avoiding a Life Long Lesson- Positive or Negative. Sometimes, this can delude you & cause you to detract from a space, a relationship, a loved one; All because We are scared to face our Unresolved Emotions. 

I feel Calm. I feel Happy. I feel Ready. I feel Love. I feel Loved. I feel Peace. I feel Connected. I feel Alive. I have everything I need. I Respect people, animals, plants, and my environment. This is Our Home. I wish to Help Heal Our Home. I Will Protect Our Home.

The mind must be stable before it is expanded. Strip away the noise, pierce through illusion. What’s underneath it all? Acknowledge and give attention to your inner underneath buried aspects of your psyche. Become whole. Be whole. Allow the unresolved pain to reveal themselves. The path of awakening begins in the underworld- In discomfort and confrontation and tension. Surrender yourself. There’s no one guiding you. Stop trying to control. It’s not malfunction. Its feedback. Break down your inner guard dogs. Remain sacred. See. Hear. Feel. Honesty isn’t always kind. Be mindful and aware of “spiritual inflation”. Remain anchored. Be aware of the “false light” which glows like gold but crumbles like ash. New meanings and perspectives change your practice. When you practice, you’re in action. World needs more living, more anchors. What happens after the stillness? Have intuition, be sensitive. Don’t be afraid to harmonize and resonate while sober. If your instrument is dusty and out of tune, your tune will be loudly heard but no resonance. Be mindful of energetic hygiene. (Fasting, prayer, breath work, cold shower). Stabilize your field. We want clarity. We want focus. We want willpower. We want energetic awareness. We want a clean system. Just Being Here.
