Recently I've been listening a lot to はみ's arrange of Snow halation. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of acoustic songs, but "my FAVORITE μ's" is a great album from beginning to end! That kinda inspired me to make my own version. 

This time, I tried to be faithful to the original, but with the instruments in my own personal way. I feel like revisiting this song later, when I become even better. Until then, enjoy!

To be honest, there weren't many ways of doing a song that was played only on piano. I'm surprised I managed to make it slightly different.

Conversation Heart

I've been doing so many Gundam songs for my newest album that I thought it would be a nice to make something really different. I liked how it turned out, however I still don't know a way of making it less "messy". Not really my kind of music, but had fun either way.

It's hard to admit, but I just can't make music like before. I was listening to some old songs, and found this one. I kinda felt like I could do better, so I decided to remake it from scratch.

Shanghai Teahouse (chinese tea mix)

This song is a lot fun to work on because the notes fit very nicely into almost any instrument. I used my newest set of instruments with some of my old favorites to build this track. I really liked it, maybe you there will also like it. :)

I tried a bunch of stuff in this song, like mixing different kinds of instruments or trying to double down some stuff. I think the result was pretty nice overall, a lot better than what I expected.

This song actually has some story to it, if I recall correctly it was one of the first songs I actually tried to learn. I previously did an arrange of it in my album Aria I (https://radiataalice.bandcamp.com/track/duvet-unwired-mix), and this time I tried to redo it from scratch. I guess it turned out better than before?

I didn't expect to upload two tracks in such a short time. Still having trouble coming up with original compositions, but I'm having so much fun trying out different kinds of instruments and compressors. Did you notice I started using wind instruments more often? I still can't get over the harp, though, I guess at this point it's just my trademark instrument.

Anyway, I've been working on this track for a long time. Still not quite as good as I wanted it to be, but someday I'll get there.

START DASH SENSATION

Probably one of my best mixes, I guess. Trying to settle on one set of tools and then mastering them to achieve the best clarity and tonal balance I can.

This time I had to take the melody off because it was muddying the sound quite a bit and I couldn't find the cause other than the recordings themselves that couldn't be fixed on mixing. Back to the drawing board, I plan on revisiting this later for Aria II (an anime album).

Game composer and developer. I publish my songs under the name of Radiata Alice, a virtual composer created by me.

I've been composing since 2011. My music style has been changing a lot since I started.
At the start I used to play with Vocaloid voicebanks, soon I started composing classical/jazz pieces, some electronic music (trance, minimal) as well.

After some time, I found my place with electronic music. I liked to do my stuff with samples/loops. A lot came from it, but most wasn't uploaded here.

Nowadays I'm messing with experimental music, and I hope I'll stick with it for a long time.
