Coreoscope is a term we have invented to describe our new core collection inspired from the light reflection toy kaliedescope ! In the context of music, we use Coreoscope to present different aspects of dark and core sounds that challenge traditional perceptions of hard and fast music genres.

By utilizing Coreoscope as a sound toy or mechanism , we aim to create a unique imaginerium for listeners, breaking down their prejudices and introducing them to new forms of perception through our music. Just like how a reflection can changes from different angles, VA Coreoscope aims to transform and evolve, drawing the listener into a new and immersive experience.

The concept of Coreoscope opens up a world of possibilities, where listeners can explore mind-bending sounds and textures that blend elements of darkness and core with colorful reflections. I created this project in 2006, after accidentally finding this music, after attending a totally random party that changed my life. My project is inspired completely by the life I experience every day. There’s struggle, beauty, pain, love, despair, every emotion that is possible that affects you either positive or negative is the concept of my project. I mirror the world around me and feed it back through the sound field and it brings me much joy and peace. I have a strong background in Symphonic Orchestral Composition, Music Theory, and am a percussionist to the core.

With our interoperation of word meanings, Metacore means ‘metamorphosis of the center’. Metamorphosis is a very basic fact of life. Everything changes, arises, improves, dies and re-forms. In Latin, Meta is a prefix that brings the meaning of self and beyond to any word its added to. Along with the style of music, Core actually means seed and center. Metamorphosis of the center should be considered as re-forming the values we have and creating a new way of perception. Along with an improving technology, the era we live in makes impossible to discover self and to polish and share our creativity with all its wrong points of view, lifestyles and systems. 
To meet with our essence (core), understand the self and look beyond it (meta), cleanse from egos and discover the beyond-core (MetaCore) will allow a new point of view and a new way of living in between of this chaotic set-up.
