We expeditiously enter a new decade and present a solid compilation with our favourite homebase artists. Our musical collective now includes a worldwide network of independent producers. Their different cultural influences are manifold reflected in the second part of "Wout Stars". From expressive, bass-guided, drum-emphasized tracks to multi-layered melodic compositions up to state-of-the-art electronic music. Some tracks are designed for the dancefloor, some for after hours and some just for deep listening. An enveloping companion for all aspects of life. We love this complexity of sounds, feelings and thoughts; a classic figurehead of our label.

Estanislao López, better known as Stanis, is a dj / producer born in Córdoba, Argentina. His style mutates between melodies and rhythms inspired from techno to deep house. He began his career as a musician in 2010 playing different varieties of musical instruments and going through different genres that were forging his way until in 2017 he began DJing as a DJ in the province of Córdoba and by mid 2018 he ventured as a producer.

Kicking off 2020 it's label co-founder Braunbeck himself who delivers three tracks united under one roof, namely that of Montornes, in order to ring Sol Eterno's new decade. Continuing to walk the melodramatic path at a musical level, Fabian Braunbeck picks up on essential key-ingredients of both his own works and the label's from previous times to create a dark and emotional rich take with haunting vocals. Latter soak you deeply into the (Asian) jungle, as if the outback had decided to conjure the rattling snakes and have tigers and cougars prowl around the luminiferous fires for the dancers. But instead of being animal's prey humans and animals create a unity under the guise of Braunbeck's music.

Braunbeck's EP Montornes will be released on Sol Eterno on February 28th, 2020.

Eponymous first EP from the renowned eclectic producer drops March 9th

Revered for his mesmerising DJ sets and uniquely memorable productions, electronic artist Matthias Meyer expands his range further, launching his new imprint Strangely Enough.

The label will be a platform for his own diverse sound explorations, while releasing special collaborations with some of his favourite producers – names to be announced soon.

‘The label allows me to explore different realms of production with added freedom,’ Matthias says. ‘In my DJ sets, you find lots of different elements, from deep house to breakbeat, hip hop to trance. I want to include these aspects in my productions going forward. Unique music but still deep, with lots of energy.’

Strangely Enough’s eponymous debut release is the epitome of Matthias’ vision, showcasing his varied musical palette.

The title track combines a dark vibrant groove with haunting vocal fragments. A powerful weapon in expert hands, this cut sits in that indefinable space between the dance floor and the after party, heralding those legendary moments in Matthias’ long afterhours sets at his Watergate residency or in far flung lands from the Sahara desert to Bahrain. Catchy from the off, ‘Fantazy’ continues the theme of refusing to commit to just one style, going from breaks to driving house, with an almost defiant emotive breakdown.

‘Strangely Enough’ drops on March 9th on vinyl and digital.
