Opening track Cadenza explores an enigmatic African theme built on steady percussion and hazy vocals. Adding dramatism and nostalgia with whirl-winding synths, the construction reaches a floating peak point, evolving into a shimmering crescendo.

Gaivota plays with guitar clips and vocal loops to create an atmosphere of fragility and sentimental isolation. A solitary kick holds the track together and imprints structure onto the predominantly wavy melody, making it a great build up track.

Named after a North American Native tribe, Meskwaki steps things up with a stronger rhythm accompanying the wistful tribal vocals and undulating synths. Powerful percussive reverbs and low pitched drums create a seeming sense of calm, only to steer into a masterful drop, accompanied by avian chirps and trills.

Squire, also known for releases with labels Get Physical or My Favorite Robot, is back on Bar 25 Music with his third EP “Sulaika“. In this release, he expertly mixes hypnotic and ethnic sounds with tribal-house and downtempo elements. Amine K contributes two exclusive remixes of “Persian Desert“. He creates a connection on the dancefloor with a melodic story and organic rhythms. The EP is rounded off with a remix by Collé - an artist to definitely keep an eye on. “Sulaika“ enchants with traditional percussions and nostalgic vocals, inviting you on a rhythmic journey of sound.

Squire, unter anderem bekannt durch Veröffentlichungen auf Labels wie Get Physical oder My Favorite Robot ist zurück auf Bar 25 Music mit seiner dritten EP „Sulaika“. In dieser Produktion mixt er gekonnt hypnotische und ethnische Sounds mit Tribal-House und Downtempo Elementen. Amine K steuert zwei exklusive Remixe von „Persian Desert“ bei. Er schafft eine Verbindung auf der Tanzfläche mit einer melodischen Geschichte und organischen Rhythmen. Abgerundet wird die EP mit einem Remix von Collé. First up is German Phineo and Mad Brother delivering a top notch Tech House tune with “Where DO We Go”. Upbeat percussions and a wicked synth underline jacking vocal elements, all melting together in a sweet release. Hailing from Canada, the duo Bits N´ Bobs delivers “Fell To Dust”. Rounding up the EP are the Argentina based artists Who Else and Anhauser. “I Know You Wanna” is naughty, charming and incredibly catchy with its weird synths and acidy elements working around the bouncy bassline.

The title track, produced by ACUD and BEATMÖRTELZ, is here new interpreted in an impressive way by the downtempo specialists ARUTANI and O/Y, by RODION (ALIEN ALIEN), which is known for his massive Nu-Disco Skills, and finally, in a faster version, by AIO. Further LUKAS ENDHARDT gives the poetic track FLIEGEPETER a new look. The original version by ACUD will be published also in a radio version.

@klassifiedrecords proudly presents @nhiimusic’s new EP, "Gone Too Far"; An intensely deep and evolving musical journey, centred around the message of the self inflicted problems that humanity have caused to our planet. Nhii and @shyammusic teamed up for the first time to deliver a powerful, moving and at times, dark anthem which has been inspired by mother nature’s cries for help and the current repercussions of a world in which we must change to survive.

Remix duties are supplied by German native @nikoschwind as well as Israeli producer and self professed eternal smiler Jenia Tarsol. Schwind's cut drives forward with a melodic heartbeat and mesmerising vocals that drift across the length and breadth of the release. A melancholic message sits deep within the music, yet Schwind's version expertly exudes the right injection of emotion.

Next up drops @jenia-tarsol's adaption. Breakbeat undertones set the pace, hypnotic percussive elements filter through, a hybrid middle eastern-esque rhythm that pays hommage to Jenia's routes, but subtly housed in a more modern electronic aethetic. It's an early morning riser, a hands in the air moment, but more purposefully, a time for reflection about the footprint that we leave throughout life.
