Earlier this year Artefakt released a new album via Delsin, a striking collection of pensive electronics and techno which was designed as much to humble the independent listener as it was to intrigue on the dancefloor.

The Berlin based pair have become well known and acclaimed for their unique take on techno, often channeling deep ethereal soundscapes and melody atop rugged drums and percussion.

Over the years they have released material via the likes of Sungate, Konstrukt and Semantica Records. It is however Delsin where they appear to have made themselves most at home, releasing material which sits between worlds and defies the notion that techno might need to be rigid 4/4 focussed club music. 

We've featuured the pair several times previously. However, this is the first time that they have recorded a mix for the website, a special occassion given the scarcity of these sets.

Artefakt: The Ransom Note Mix

Our first podcast of the year is compiled by a young DJ / Producer hailing from Patagonia, Argentina, currently based in Buenos Aires. Whose productions are characterised by reverberating pads, enveloping and minimal textures, tribal rhythms and psychedelic synths.
He started to develop his producer side in 2018, after years of DJing in his home town scene. You can find his releases on imprints like Danza Nativa, Oslated, From a lost place, Ritualism and many more. Please welcome @vanoni

For this week's podcast, we want to welcome Cobahn a warm and charismatic face in nightlife. Cobahn recorded this mix inspired by Göbekli Tepe, a forgotten holy site that evokes a sense of mystery and timelessness. Its design hints at profound cosmological beliefs, marking one of humanity’s earliest connections with something beyond the visible world.

The rhythms undulate like distant echoes from a forgotten age, and the atmosphere brims with a weight that feels both sacred and raw. Layers of texture drift like mist, shifting between the tangible and the surreal, as though into a primordial world where ritual and mystery still dwell in the ancient stones and soil. Built around 85 BPM, the mix flows with half-time beats and liquid drum & bass, capturing the pulse of an ancient realm.

In today's episode, Between Two Worlds, we meet the naked souls of those who know, deep down, that their place is not here. It is a story that gives the sensation of walking through a world that does not vibrate at the same frequency as you, where every step you take is a reminder of disconnection, of a longing that cannot be named but burns in your chest. The characters, caught between what they see and what they feel, fight against a certainty as clear as silence: they do not belong here. And in those strange vibrations that sometimes appear, like a sensation of a distant home, they feel for an instant that maybe, just maybe, there is a place where their essence can finally fit in.

For our 28th podcast we invited the Italian artist Divide (@d17c11), who crafted a really unique and atmospheric mix for us, blending classy dub techno tracks with hypnotic and pulsating deep techno.
