Normal Tea is a staple of the London queer rave scene, known well for their frenetic, genre-bending mixes which have taken them everywhere from the UK to Paris. Their presence in the room in always felt, with a style and aura that is just as enrapturing as the entrancing yet hyper-stimulating music they choose to play - known for their fashion choices just as well as their power behind the decks, they are impossible to miss. At the moment, they have a residency on both Brixton Radio and Aaja Radio, and are currently developing their own club night called Mother Moon, building from their previous experience in organizing both squat and legal raves throughout London. This mix adds to their extensive library of radio appearances, adding a uniquely dark and experimental fair to their already vibrant mixing.

DJ AVPR1A, hailing from Istanbul but based in london, is an eclectic and unpredictable multi-genre DJ. Her work has earned her a residency at the cult London club night BOROUGH, a monthly radio slot on AAJA radio, as well as regular shows at The Globe in Notting Hill. Outside of her regular appearances, she has played a variety of London club nights and radio shows (Mind the Gap, Nasterisk, Gshock radio to name a few) as well as exploring film photography (including a photography gig at London club night TranceParty) and working behind the scenes. Her catalogue has earned her wide recognition and a following in the London scene.

	Flippedcrosses is a DJ and Producer originally from Brighton, now residing in London. His work takes influence not only from hardcore electronic music; as a producer, his sound is heavily influenced by trap music as well as deathcore, metalcore, and the wider world of dark and gritty sounds. His production has landed him clients such as city morgue, fimiguerrero and ghoulavelli; a list that will undoubtedly continue expanding after he releases his upcoming debut hardcore project in the coming months.
	 His DJ sets are characterized by this love of the dark and gritty, frequently including intense electronic hardcore sounds which draw influence from the same world that deathcore does. Outside of his production, his work as a DJ has expanded across London; he is a resident at cult club night borough, as well as having played at Audible Mania and at the London squat rave K2Y. 
	For this set, Flippedcrosses has drawn from his extensive archive of apocalyptic hardcore sounds to create a soundscape reminiscent of burning in hell; hard + raw kicks define a 30-minute journey through the dark side. Possession is imminent.

DJ Veneno Pra Rato (translated to English as DJ Rat Poison) is the debut DJ project of London club photographer and raver Giovanni França. Originally from Brazil but residing in London, his musical tastes are heavily influenced both by the London rave scene as well as the baile-funk charged sounds of Brazilian nightlife, creating a powerful combination. He cut his teeth at his University radio society, and is now for the first time debuting his project to the wider world.

For this mix DJ Veneno Pra Rato has chosen a dark fusion of Brazilian and UK club sounds, resulting in a soundscape reminiscent of an MDMA-fueled bender through the Bailes of Brazil.

Malice Doll is a DJ + Producer from Detroit, currently based in Montreal, Canada. Her sound, formed by her formative years within Michigan’s hardcore punk scene, manifests as dark, abrasive, noisy and distorted hardcore electronic music ranging from breaks, gabber, deconstructed club, and genre-bending sounds on the forefront of the electronic landscape that escape definition. Having produced a number of successful tracks (including a remix of Yves Tumor’s “Limerence” that has taken the London club scene by storm), her catalogue and recognition are quickly spreading out of North America to the rest of the world.

For this mix, Malice Doll has chosen a bouquet of new-age hardcore club sounds. “The tracklist is basically anything that can scratch that [noisy, hardcore electronic] itch. It's my last attempt to squeeze catharsis out of the end of summer, so I tried to make it messy and unpredictable. The whole thing could be read as a bit of a downward spiral that you hopefully come back from.” Sit back and take in what can only be described as a masterclass in contemporary club terror.

s0lais, a New Zealander native to lewisham, is an artist and DJ residing in Southeast London. His sound, which explores the intersection of Jumpstyle, Shoegaze, Cloud rap and Irish and Scottish folk, was developed by his early musical endeavor of being the Guitarist and Vocalist of a shoegaze band named Headcase. After departing from the band, he took the My Bloody Valentine-esque sounds that he had previously worked with and experimented with blending them into his early loves of Patrick Jumpen-era jumpstyle as well as more contemporary influences such as Bladee and Yabujin. His resulting sound is a cross-genre blend which escapes definition, manifesting into his new, soon to be released EP. His influences also heavily affect his DJing, which in practice is primarily based in Jumpstyle but also includes many nods to the transitional styles of My Bloody Valentine and the sounds of Irish Folk. Aside from his own creative practice, s0lais is also working on a new club night named Excalibur.Online which is an ode to his love of Jumpstyle and Internet culture.  

For this mix, s0lais delivers a journey in Jumpstyle history all the way up to the present. A full body expression of his recent sounds and work, prepare to be possessed to Jump.

Glas Skin, Originally based in America but residing in London, is a DJ who’s work is influenced by their explorations of critical theory, technology, and science fiction. Their mixing takes on a cold, cyberorganic form, manifesting in taking accessible club sounds to their outermost limits of manipulation and deconstruction; once recognizable sounds and anthems become harrowing, aggressive and ultimately unrecognizable sounds. They have independently released a handful of boundary-pushing mixes on Soundcloud and will make their live debut on Thursday, October 3rd at TRAUMA UNIT: WARD A.

For this mix, Glas Skin explores the outer limits of deconstructed club and noise to create a dystopian landscape of post-apocalyptic club; the last remaining breath of a memory of conventional sound.

Michalłl is a Warsaw-born artist, DJ, and record label promoter / manager based in Berlin. His productions and DJ sets are euphoric, melancholic, and nostalgic, primarily featuring trance and hardcore sounds. His productions and sets take notable influence from Black Metal, Rap, and a variety of hardcore sound resulting in a euphoric maelstrom. He has previously performed across Germany and Switzerland alongside his label mates and creative contemporaries. In tandem with his production and DJing, he is part of Experimental hardcore label TSUM which has released his work on and featured projects from Ukk0o0 and Hart Grilae among others. In addition to TSUM, Michal is also working on a new project called Exphoria as well as his first major body of work.

For this mix, Michalłl has created a soundscape full of trance, hardcore and experimental sounds. Both nostalgic and euphoric, this mix is true sonic catharsis.

Forever United is an artist and DJ from Boston, Massachusetts. His main body of work revolves around ethereal melancholic fusions of trance, ambient, and pop music, as well as a side project centered on a sound he describes as “ice drill.” His first major release, “#ArmaniSeason”, is an impressionistic blend of Chicago drill and uplifting trance, gaining a cult following in the years after its release. Since then, he has collaborated with other artists in Strichtarn, a label/collective he and co-founder MYA organize, and DJed for underground shows in Portland, Oregon including Barn Radio, Limit Break, and Ewaste.

Novasdemise is a Lithuanian-born and London-based DJ, producer, visual artist and set designer. Their musical practice explores dark and intense soundscapes, which take inspiration from horror movies, sci-fi and the future, a range of influences they categorise as “Avant-hardcore”. Their work pushes industrial and raw sounds to their brink, focusing on deconstruction and innovative sound design in the context of hardcore music.
	Their production and DJ work has taken them all over the UK and to the precipice of the electronic underground. They have previously played events alongside collectives such as Syphen, Hypoxia, and KomaVictim and at venues such as Corsica Studios, The Cause, Venue MOT, Electrowerkz, and the White Hotel. RAIIKA is a DJ, Producer And Sound Designer from New Mexico, soon to be based in Los Angeles. It's production and DJing focuses on pushing audio signals to their outermost limits, focusing on tearing apart and reconstructing club, ambient and experimental sounds. Their DJing practice is focused within the worlds of Harsh Noise and Deconstructed Club, creating crossbreeds of experimental hardcore sounds which evoke a dark, brutal catharsis. It's production has been circulating all over the underground electronic world - it recently released a remix compilation of it and moth.sanctuary's track BADGIRLSPIT featuring remixes from names such as Malice Doll, xxHardbit3s and Alparr. Raiika's DJing practice has brought it around southwest america - it is soon to play a rave called NO ONE DIGS THEIR OWN GRAVE, a benefit for Palestine. It is also releasing an new EP on November 8th, packed full of experimental and evil sounds.

For RADIO:TRAUMA's 20th edition, RAIIKA has unleashed a tour-de-force in experimental hardcore, feautring industrial sounds, deconstructed club, and more, even borrowing from the Midsommar OST. Nothing can prepare you for this one; you've never heard anything like it.

SOMA is a DJ based in London, well known for her presence as a staple among the queer rave scene. Her musical taste is diverse, ranging from breakbeat hardcore to gabber, but much of it is connected by her experiences online as a young person. Growing up, she interacted heavily with the internet and online subcultures, informing her perspectives both sonically and creatively, and leading her to pick up an interest in both creating her own music and DJing. Since then, she has gone on to play some of London's most respected underground club nights, including Audible Mania, Internet Culture, General Waste and Nameless Entities; she has some massive upcoming bookings as well that are soon to be announced.

For the 21st edition of RADIO:TRAUMA, SOMA joins us to present a mix filled with sounds deeply inspired by the noise of the internet, with a rare dip into the darkest side of her library. Filled with breaks, deconstruction and hardcore sounds, this mix is as frenetic as the electrons that make up the internet itself.

Neir is an Australian-based Producer, DJ and Designer. Her production work, inspired by artists she discovered at an early age (such as SOPHIE, Evian Christ and EPROM), is a blend of Hardcore, Noise, Dubstep and IDM. Her songs are making waves across the underground electronic scene; tracks such as Headlights and Hollow Point (featuring the legendary Blood Of Aza) are quickly gaining traction, recognition and respect from DJs and producers around the world who are shaping an integral part of the next wave in electronic music.
Her DJing takes heavy influence from the sound she explores within her production. She has played with acts such as Jack Blom, Hamdi, Codd Dubz and Cesco, with more shows on the way in the future. 

For her RADIO:TRAUMA mix, Neir has compiled a bouquet of sounds ranging from Trap and Experimental Pop to Deconstructed Club and Genre-Breaking Hardcore. A presentation of her influences, favorites and newest work (including two nuclear new unreleased tracks), this mix is a look into the mind of one of the most exciting new artists in electronic music.

Triff is a New York born, Boston based DJ, producer, game designer and raver focused on high-energy dance music. His practice takes inspiration from Old school hardcore electronic sounds as well as contemporary electronica, manifesting in a sound which blends both classic hardcore and new age, internet-fueled electronic influences. He has released work on prestigious compilation tapes, with his work being featured on both Chao Gardem and United Jump Front; he also has a split tape coming out on ETA45 next month. Alongside this, he releases a steady stream of his own 
independent work and frequently DJs in the Northeast - he organizes boston club night Ultrasound Boston alongside Vagrant (@v44__4), and frequently plays other Northeast staple nights such as Pole Position. 

For this mix, Triff has chosen a variety of hardcore tracks, blending selections from his old-school vault alongside new-age raw sounds. While this is a look at the darker side of his library, he couldn't resist sneaking in some Happy Hardcore and Makina; staple Triff sounds.

MYEN can be broken down as a project of audio hyperstition, sonic tulpamancy and self described funeral music. His music is often driven by immersive and cinematic sound design, heavy distortion and an overall feeling of suspense. He is currently based in Leipzig, Germany, and recently self-released his last Album "KARNER".

His last shows included London's Underground series VULCAN, and similar events in Berlin like Sad Prompt Engineering. He also recently worked on the Soundtrack for Brig Huezo's postdigital performance piece "The Death At The Code!". Topics that currently influence MYEN's sound include death culture(s), Countermyths, Accelerationism, Hyperstition and Chaos Magick.

For this mix, MYEN has channelled dark energies into an array of chaotic, euphoric and anarchic sounds, manifesting into a cry for freedom. A soundtrack of desire, longing and anger, this mix is truly unmatched.

KTAR6 is an artist and DJ based in Strasbourg, France. They deliver purification through the duality of emotions they evoke, juxtaposing both tenderness and confrontation. They found their sound in the free party scene and are recognized for crafting narrative mixes with a cinematic feel, aiming to take listeners on immersive journeys through dark spaces with a hint of sentimental warmth and sexual domination. Blending deconstructed club, industrial, hardcore, and dark ambient, their mixes exude the energy of their aesthetic influences — they are one part rap queen diva, and one part psychedelic punk rock. They lead you by the nose to where they want and make you feel dominated; that KTAR6 is done with you. They are resident at OlaRadio in Marseille with their show TAPETUM LUCIDUM, exploring a dystopian cruise without boundaries, glowing with compulsive metamorphoses.

flesh cocoon is a new sonic experiment summoned from the depths of ׂׂૢ་༘࿐ೢִֶָ. It explores the intersection of shoegaze, ambience, drone, black metal and deconstructed electronic music, forming into a black mass of distortion and feeling. Taking inspiration from bands such as Swans and Deafheaven as well as from electronic musicians such as ssaliva and 868, flesh cocoon attempts to reconstruct feelings of both inner turmoil and complete disassociation through sonically evoking the sublime. It will make its live debut on December 19th at TRAUMA UNIT: DOUBLE HELIX.

For this mix, flesh cocoon has chosen a variety of their own work, innovative electronic ambient, and reworked classics that amass into a wall of sound. Find a space to lie down and consume this mix in full - it will leave you in a headspace somewhere between a sonic meditation and a deconstruction of self.

ASCHE is a Berlin-based DJ and producer. Their mixes and productions focus on sounds derivative of Baile Funk, Deconstructed Club, Gabber, and trap music. The focal point of ASCHE's productions are music to dance and do drugs to, manifesting in practice as an array of classic sounds through a new, recontextualised lens. ASCHE’s mixes are the meeting point of two worlds; accessible club music and the next evolution of electronic dance music. Outside of their individual work, ASCHE also assists with creative direction and event organisation within various Berlin collectives.
